REALTYCHEKÒ On-line Order Instructions

 

Listed below is a brief set of instructions for using our REALTYCHEKÒ on-line ordering service:

 

1.      Go to our website at www.nationwidecompliance.com. (You may wish to review some of the other products and services we offer at a later date).

2.      Click on “Order REALTYCHEK”.  This will bring you to our “Sign-on” page.

3.      Before proceeding, bookmark this page in your “Favorites” located near the top of your PC screen.  This will speed the process for your next order.  To do this, click “Favorites” then click “Add to Favorites”.  Our icon should now show up on your Favorites’ Menu.

4.      You may also want to printout the “Terms and Conditions” and our “Privacy Statement” for your files before proceeding.  These are located at the bottom of the sign-on page.

 

First Time Uses:

·        First time users need to select from the drop down menu, the county where they are located and then click the “New Customer” button to register for the service.

·        You will set your own "User Name" and "Password".  After filling out the registration form click “Add New User” to complete the “Login” process.  Make sure you print out the confirmation for your records. 

·        You are now ready to order.  Your information should automatically be in its appropriate place.

 

Repeat Users:

1.      After completing the “Login” process you will be brought to our order form.

2.      Select the package you desire and then fill out the required fields for the Property Location, Seller, and Seller’s Agent (if applicable) and Escrow.  NOTE: We have added a program to help you complete the Escrow section.  Click on “Choose Officer” and a list will appear for all the Escrow Officers in the county where the property is located.  Click on the Escrow Officer and all their info will be loaded on the order form. If you do not see your Escrow Officer Listed, please complete the “ADD Officer” section for future reference.

3.      Select the payment method and add any special instructions (i.e. rush, copies to another party, etc.).  Press “Submit” when done.

4.      You will get an immediate confirmation of your order.  We suggest that you then print the confirmation screen showing that your order has been sent before moving on to your next order or signing off the system.

5.      After you have received the confirmation, you can proceed with your next order or log-off.
